Beijing Kapok Group Co., Ltd. (KAPOK) is a professional office building and  industrial park integrated operation service organization. Founded in 2014, it focuses on four major areas of industrial investment, industrial services, operation management, and property management.The company has obtained obvious advantages in investment promotion, asset management and material management informatization, industrial resources, channel resources, space creation, customer experience, facility operation and maintenance.

We have always been at the forefront, with a national business income of about 500 million yuan in 2021. We have set up branches in Beijing , Shanghai , Shenzhen , Zhengzhou , Qingdao , Changchun , Tianjin , Wuhan , NanJing , Suzhoug , Chongqing and other places , and set up on-site offices in more than 20 cities across the country to provide a full range of professional asset management and property management services for multinational and local companies.In 2018, the company obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification.

As one of the largest operating companies in China,it currently has a management scale of nearly 1.8 million square meters and a total value of assets under management of nearly 80 billion yuan. The clients served include 10 fortune 500 companies and more than 15 of China's top 100 enterprises, and has established strategic cooperative relations with many global well-known enterprises, responsible for the whole process of service such as the location selection and operation of domestic real estate.

At the same time, it is also a great honor to become the investment attraction institutions designated by the government of Tongzhou District in Beijing, Xiangcheng District in Suzhou, West Coast New District in Qingdao, Yuhuatai District in Nanjing, Gaochun District in Nanjing, High-tech Zone of Zhengzhou, Zhuhai Investment Promotion Bureau, Huaiyin District in Jinan, etc.In 2021, the company successively won the honor of "Top 20 Operators of Industrial Parks in China", "Excellent Operators in China Industrial Parks","Top 100 Commercial Real Estate companies in China", "Excellent Urban Renewal Operators in China " in early 2022.

As of December 2021, we have served more than 3,000 industrial customers, with an annual total tax of more than 2 billion . The average annual tax contribution of each operating project in China is 3,523 RMB /㎡/ year. Among the enterprises served, leading enterprises accounted for 17.66%. Leading enterprises include listed companies and enterprises with more than 100 million registered capital, which are leading enterprises in the industry.Service enterprise customers have covered 20 industries, among which science and technology, modern service and cultural and creative enterprises account for 73.49%.
